Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple; provide the best possible learning experience for clients. Whether we are providing face to face instruction, web based, or mixed a six pronged approach is followed, we call I6. Here is a quick overview of the approach.
Identify: What are the specific needs of the audience? How can that individual get from where they are to where they want to be?
Inspire: Once the learner has been properly identified they must be inspired. The designer must answer certain questions through the eyes of the learner: Why is this information important to me?
Instruct: the term instruction is a very broad and general term but in the face of e-learning instruction must be narrowed as much as possible.
Interact: With e-learning interaction is everything. No matter how fancy the graphics or complex the animation you are only making a desktop movie if these are what you rely on.
Isolate: Only concepts specifically that have both been instructed and given interaction to can be tested. Specific test must be manufactured to reflect what they were supposed to learn.
Instrument: The instrument is the “I” that straddles or must be part of all the other “I”s. Just like you would not want brain surgery done with a hatchet, specific tools need to be crafted in order to construct the other “I”s in the process.
